 – Please note the office is only opened during the week and in business hours.

9am – Approx.

Dine for your breakfast / Really important I know it’s likely to be the last thing you wish to do when you are filled with wedding nerves J  But it’s a big day and I’m sure you’ll thank me!

11am      

Your Hair & Make-up Artists will arrive at Stoneridge if you can be showered and ready things will progress smoothly.

Your flowers will arrive Suzanne will bring them to your room

12.20’ish           

Final preparations – It’s getting rather real and exciting now!

             

12.55pm

Your Wedding Car driver will arrive at take you down to the Chapel, alternative option would be to walk down to the Chapel.

Kirsty (Celebrant), Anna (Photographer)  & Gary (Videographer) will be awaiting your arrival

             

Your organist will be playing upon your entrance

 

1.00pm             

Your ceremony will begin once you are settled

After your ceremony, relax over a glass of Champagne and toast with everyone at the ceremony, you may like a wedding cake as well.

Anna will whisk you around the garden and Stoneridge Estates grounds for photos, Gary will film quietly in the background.

If you have hired a wedding car you will be taken to another destination close by.

Return back to Stoneridge

Dinner

Let me know if you would like to pre-organise your dinner, you may wish to dine at Stoneridge and why not it has the prefect setting over looking Lake Hayes.  Or you may like to dine in Arrowtown, this is a good option if you have hired a wedding car.
