                                                                    Rochelle or a team member will meet you on

                                                                    level 6.  After obtaining your Marriage Licence

                                                                    we will go to a coffee shop to go through your 

                                                                    wedding arrangements together.

                                                                     On your way to Lake Tekapo there is a little

                                                                     township called Fairlie this is where your Rev.

                                                                     resides, we will make an appointment for you to

                                                                     meet them to confirm your ceremony. 

                                                                     This is also where your Hair & Make-up Artists

                                                                     resides we can also make arrangements for a 

                                                                     Hair / Make-up Trial (This is an additional cost) 

                                                                     After you’re meeting with your Reverent please

                                                                     make your way to Lake Tekapo, this will take 20

                                                                     minutes 

                                                                     Check into your Accommodation

12.30pm                                                     Debby & Helen your Make-up Artists will

                                                                       arrive at your accommodation

2.15pm                                                        Final preparations begin 
                                                                       Your wedding co-ordinator will arrive with

                                                                       your flowers

                                                                       Your photographer will take some pre-wedding

                                                                       shots at your accommodation.

2.45pm                                                        Your Wedding Transport will arrive at your

                                                                        accommodation

2.55pm                                                        Depart to the Church 

                                                                        Your Minister & videographer will be awaiting

                                                                        your arrival

3.00pm                                                        Ceremony begins

3.20’ish                                                       After your ceremony your photographer will

                                                                       guide you on your photo tour around the Lake,

                                                                       the location will depend on the weather. Your

                                                                       videographer will be taking footage in the

                                                                       background

4.30’ish                                                        Your Chauffeur will take you back to your

                                                                        accommodation

5.30pm                                                         Table reservation at your desired Restaurant.
